PCOS AND TTC

I was diagnosed with PCOS a year ago and they put me on Provera and Metformin. My cycle just got regular but I still take the meds and this app states that today is my Day 15 and I'm suppose to be ovulating. But I'm suppose to be starting my Provera tomorrow. Will that affect me if I do conceive tonight because Provera you aren't suppose to take if pregnant. Like every month I have to take pregnancy test before starting my 10 days. What do I do????
