My doctor told me I could take Tylenol if I really need it. I have read that it's safe and also that it's not safe, so before I take this I would like to know if any of y'all have taken this whole pregnant and I'm only 5 weeks.

I was told to avoid anything that relieved congestion (sorry) because it restricts blood flow not only where it helps (sinuses), but also where it could be harmful (uterus/placenta/etc).

I had bronchitis a couple weeks ago that also turned into a sinus cold which then turned into an infection and that's what I used or else I was miserable.

There isn't any drug for a cold or congestion that I could find that is safe before 12 weeks. I had to just use home remedies when I had a cold (Neto pot, steam, warm bath)

That's not just Tylenol, it has a second medicine in it, you'd need to find out about both. I don't know about the second off hand.

Same here, was told only Tylenol (acetaminophen). I have a cold now and my doctor said I could take Robitussin DM and plain Claritin.
