So my breast pump wouldn't work last night. And my baby wouldn't take my breast, so my breasts were engorged. They didn't really express or leak overnight so I work up still sore and engorged. I was able to pump this morning for a half hour! however I'm still in pain, my breasts are still engorged and I feel hard nodules inside like under my arm pits. What do I do?!! I should also tell you this is our first day home, and it was my first milk coming in.
