I want Starbucks today...but I'm scared to get a Frappuccino. If I get one how should I order it?

All of Starbucks crime frappaccinos are made without coffee like vanilla bean/strawberries and crème. Or you can order it without coffee in it

I'd just ask them for half-calf or decalf. You can probably look up how much caffeine is in one and decide for sure. But as others have said, some caffeine is fine!

Go for it! You're allowed to drink caffeine just not in excess. Regular is better for you than decaf so go ahead, no need to feel guilty. I drink a cup of coffee on my really tired days and baby is fine 😊

Starbucks has a menu online that has the caffeine amount in each drink! Almost every drink is under the 200mg a day suggested limit. You're fine... :))

Get a medium and ask for half a shot if you want that little bit of caffeine in it. I will get the strawberry & cream with a half shot with an extra pump of sweet to balance out the strawberry and the coffee flavour. It's an acquired taste though haha.
