Hormones going crazy??

I don't know what's going on. Sometimes my breasts are tender before AF comes and sometimes not. For April they were all the way up until day 2. AF was only 4 days which is shorter than normal. AF came on April 13th. Right after when I normally feel great about myself I was super bloated and breaking out like crazy. I supposedly ovulated a few days ago (pretty sure that's off a little, but haven't taken ovulation test to know for sure). I have another 2 weeks before AF is due and my breasts have been tender for like 3 days now. What is going on?!
