How severe are your cramps?

Those who are not on birth control, how would you rate your menstral pain.

Mirena has helped mute my pms but without birth control my cramps were killer.

My period isn't even that heavy the first day but I will like from the pain. Like I will take two extra stregnth Midol and be in a hot hot bath and still feel them badly or have a heating pad instead of bath. I take the Midol and it lessens them (generally) enough so I can sleep it off. Plus Midol makes me tried if I take two and  helps relieve cramps better than one so I sleep it off if I can and if I can't im crying in pain in a ball wishing to be a guy
