What type of birth control to get after baby?

I'm not big on medicine or anything unnatural. But I don't want to get pregnant again yet. So which one is safe & really works?

Last time I got the Paragard IUD. It copper and non-hormonal. It worked great. Doc said it's easiest to have put in at your first appt after baby because the cervix is still open some. I'm planning on having it again after this baby. Last time I had it in for a little over a year. It wasn't so bad having it removed.

Never going on the pill. I was on for 9 years and it messed me up big time. Took me 9 months to conceive. Just gonna do use the old condom until we try again.

I'm either going to have my tubes tied or my partners getting the snip 😛we're only young and weren't really ready for this pregnancy so one baby will be it for us, at least for the foreseeable future 😄

Talk to your doctor about the Implanon or nexplanon. It goes in your arm and last for 3 years. I had it.

I had the mirena iud in for the past year and it caused me nothing but trouble I had bad pains from it and I even got pregnant on it
