Blood tinged discharge at 11 weeks?

I'm 11 weeks pregnant with my third baby and today I've noticed some of the normal mucous-y discharge but it has been tinged with blood. I never had any bleeding with my previous pregnancies and I'm not sure if I should be worried or not?

I would give your doctor a call. See what they say. Did you recently have sex, or an exam? If not, definitely call them.

I had the exact same issue this morning and I'll be 11 weeks on Thurs. I'm trying not to worry too much, luckily I already have an ultrasound scheduled for this afternoon.

Call your doctor if you're really concerned, but honestly it's probably nothing. It's very normal for the blood stuck at the top of your uterus to make its way down and come out. Especially after sex this will happen. I had the same problem I had old blood mixed in with my discharge and it was after I had sex it lasted three days. My doctor said it's totally normal as long as you're not cramping and bleeding you have nothing to worry about. Once it all comes out it won't happen again unless you're bleeding from somewhere else obviously, that's when to worry.
