So he did get me a gift

So my fiancé surprised me with a Mother's day gift (technically a mommy to be gift). I am 14w5d and am trying my hardest to stop sleeping on my belly. I am a belly sleeper that's where I am most comfortable! So he got me this as an early gift! :) He said he has something else for me in Sunday. I don't want anything because technically I am a mommy in the making, but he insist. Lol.
