Safe medicine to take for headache?

I've had a headache all day and scared to take anything for it? Anyone know a safe medicine? Thanks!

I get headaches frequently and when I went to a preconception appointment i explained this to my doctor and told her I normally take excedrine and she said that's totally fine while pregnant. You may want to check with your doctor though just to make sure.

Tylenol :-) but if you're still in pain and ready for bed take the tylenol pm. That way it'll help you get some sleep
