Traveling for 6 hours ✈️

Hello ladies.. I would like to ask for your opinions in travling on a plane for 6 hours. My husband will be away for 3 weeks and I have no choice but to go with him. Our flight is after 1 week & I'll be 7 weeks & 3 days. I'll take my doctor permission first of course, but I would like to know your experiences as well so what do you think?
