We got a BFP after ttc for 2 years but it ended in a miscarriage. After trying for another year we are now 10 weeks pregnant. Baby is doing so good. 
The month we got pregnant was the same month I got an HSG and he got is soerm looked at for infertility issues. We weren't trying because we were waiting on the results and we were waiting for what they would give us to begin a medicated round of trying. It was for sure a surprise but I guess all I did differently was not think about it 100% of the time and we ended up having sex a whole lot due to us being so stress free about our life right then.

I had a miscarriage at 20 weeks In Feb. and started trying right away. Got my bfp this month and I'm hoping and praying this baby stays with me. We used preseed this month and it worked!! I believe that's what helped us get pregnant.

We started trying September, got pregnant that first month but mc early. I ws so irregular and frustrated. In March me and hubby talked and would stop testing no OPKs just be. We booked a trip to Vegas in June and we were excited for that. Then April I just decided to take a cheapie preg test for the heck of it and was positive!! I'm now 8 weeks! 
We relaxed and stopped stressing and looking back I had a lot of ewcm around the time I think we conceived

With my son we tried for over a year then I just gave up. My periods were too irregular to even track. I would go months without so when I didn't get one in August of '13, I paid no attention. I was almost 2 months when I happened to take a test that ended up positive. I was stunned!

This time it took us 6 months. All I did differently was look up EXACTLY what fertile CM looked like and I checked mine every single day followed by ovulation tests. I went more off the CM than the tests though, which I usually didn't do and it worked! Got my BFP at 11dpo and am 7 weeks tomorrow. :)

We simply stopped trying. With our DS, it only took us 2 months, but with this pregnancy it took us 5 months. We finally got fed up with being disappointed at the sight of AF and just stopped tracking and trying. Worked like a charm that very same month!
