I live in the south, and because of all the things happening on the news lately, i've been seeing a lot of people's true colors and it disgusts me. I just want to hope i'm not the only one out there who isn't-pretty much-a white supremacist.

I'm only racist against stupid idiots. I don't care what color you are. Anyone can be an idiot or a bad person. There are white people just as ghetto as some black people. Color doesn't matter actions do.

I hate that you mentioned you live in the South. The region you live in has nothing to do with racism. People from the South are always complaining about the stereotype but you guys encourage it!

I was raped by a black guy, got pregnant, and had my daughter at 16. She was severely disabled and passed away in 2012. For a long time after I had her, I was afraid of black men. I know this sounds horrible, but I have come a long way in the last 9 years! I still have my moments of anger and it may come across as racist but at the same time, I feel I can call the scumbag who raped me anything I want especially since he walked free.. Other than that one man, I see everyone else as just ppl and I try to treat people how I would want to be treated. :) we all bleed the same & are brothers & sisters in the eyes of God. I have even accepted that God will take care of the man who raped me and I do not carry hatred and anger on a daily basis.. I'm not perfect so I do have moments every now and then where I break down..

"Race" is a social creation of primitive human behavior. "Race" refers to anatomical appearance (this includes the pigment of skin) of an individual regardless of ethnic background. Technically, every human is a shade of orange, and most humans are anatomically very similar. Being "racist" is natural behavior, psychologically. To dislike another individual based on their appearance is the same as an organism trying to identify with it's own species, but due to a lack comparison, that organism will dislike because it is seen as different. To dislike an individual based on their actions is more like if a group of individuals perform the same undesired actions and are of the same cultural, ethnic background is very different than "race."

honestly, I don't generalize. I deal with a lot of people on a daily basis, both customers and coworkers. black white Asians and Hispanic, gay straight bi you name it. I'm Hispanic. I go by I'll treat you the same way you treat me. but just like there's bad black people, there's bad white people and bad Hispanics and Asians. you'll find that anywhere you go. I don't think a race is less intelligent as any other. you'll find bad apples everywhere, doesn't mean there's some that aren't rotten :)
