Things to help with nausea?!

For the past three days I've had unbearable nausea, but I haven't actually thrown up. I'm sick of it (no pun intended 😀) and I need relief ASAP.

Sea Bands are a life saver for me. I also try to snack throughout the day to keep my blood sugar from dropping and making it worse. I have also heard that vitamin B6 can be helpful. Good luck!

Agree with the ginger ale! Also, there is a great ginger tea recipe out there in case you're expecting. Too much ginger can make you miscarry, so please be aware of how much you take in. Peppermint sometimes helps too.

I just got home from the ER last night.  They gave me rx meds and since I've gotten home I've seen six commercials for class action lawsuits,  smh.
