Does implantation bleeding come with any symptoms? Im very confused right now. I dont know if i just had implantation bleeding, or my af is starting. I havent had any pms symptoms.. took some tests, all negative. But for some reason i keep thinking it is implantation!! Ive had sore itchy nipples, lower left cramping, horrible headache for about 3 days now, and diahrrea. Sorry TMI! But i just want some advice 😭

You wouldn't have symptoms at the same time as implantation bleeding. The embryo has to implant and then your body starts producing pregnancy hormones and the hormones build up in your system and then you have symptoms.

I am with you... for 2 days now when I wipe there is cervical mucus and a pink tinge. It's way too early for af, unless I am going to now have earlier cycles, when they have always been in the mid 30 day range. I have been bummed all day thinking this is my af cycle, gonna test this weekend and hope I get a bfp for Mothers Day! GL to you.

My implantation bleeding lasted maybe 4 or 5 days or so. It was only when I whiped. Kinda yellow brown in color. I had very little cramps, but honestly it shows just like you are gonna start your period. I swore for days it was coming and never did!!!! My positive test came on about the last day

Both menstruation and implantation bleeding can cause cramping, but cramps from your period feel much more intense! "
