Evening primrose oil?

So I'm almost 32 weeks pregnant with #4. I've never used evening primrose oil before mainly because I can't swallow pills...has anyone ever just pricked the pill and drank it? Does it taste bad? When did you start inserting it vaginally?

Curious about this as well! 38.5 weeks and I have the pills and I'm wondering how many ppl have had success with this... !!

I used it and red raspberry leaf tea and my labor was only 9 hours with my son! Only pushed for 30 minutes and it was a breeze! I also loved in a exercise ball bouncing. I plan on doing all three things again this time. Btw I had my son at 37 weeks exactly

Heard about it and tried it with my last pregnancy. No success and ended up being a waste of time. This time around I'm not even going to bother. It might work for some but definitely didn't do anything for me.
