I am turning 20 this June, boyfriend of 3 and a half years just turned 19 and neither of us have jobs. I actively search babysitting jobs (because that's pretty much the only thing a pregnant woman could get) but my boyfriend cannot obtain a job because his patents lost all of his identification records (birth certificate, social card, everything) we tried to order a new certificate MONTHS ago an it has been "processing" the entire time because he has no other identification to prove he is himself. The best he has is a copy of his certificate and School ID cards (he graduatueing HS this year). We are signed up with medicaid but to my understanding that only covers the medical bills up to birth and nothing else. I am just concerned more than ever how we will afford to care for the baby without having to depend on family for support (I have fears they won't help and I would prefer they didn't if I could do it on our own but doesn't seem we can) anyways, I don't know what to do he needs a job badly and I do as well but its a nightmare just trying to get his certificate yet alone a drivers license or anything else that would make him elligable for a job.
