PCOS????

Has anyone gotten pregnant?  Ive been trying four years.  I take 2000mg of metformin a day. Normal cycles

Have PCOS and type 1 diabetes. I was always told id probably need IVF which I didn't want to do. I didn't have my period for over 2 years, wasn't going to go on birth control (it's toxic) & I believe that the medications don't solve the problem. So I changed my diet (clean eating), researched foods that help PCOS & exercising more, specifically yoga & practiced meditating daily. After I did those changes I started my period naturally in Jan 2014. I was then married Oct 2014, conceived in Jan 2015. Hope this helps!

I have an 11 month old and 9 weeks pregnant with my second. I never had issues. I was diagnosed with Pcos when I was 16. I'm now 26. I was married for 4 years and never had a baby with him! Thank god! I have been with my current husband for 3 glorious years and were blessed! I was told it was almost impossible, not only because of pcos but because of cervix issues too!! It can and will happen for you!

19 mnths and still trying . But I did concive 3 years ago and have a 2 year old son . So it's possible.  Good luck . If you aren't yet try healthy eating.

Yes.  After a year you should get a referral to a specialist.  We did met  Clomid and progesterone.

We ttc for over 3 years.  We finally got pregnant by ourselves with out meds.  We changed our diet to a no carb no sugar no processed foods diet. I lost 31.5 lbs and my husband has lost 40 lbs.   Now we are 8w3d pregnant :-)   it can happen ots not always easy but it can happen!    Now i just have to be careful of what i eat so my insulin doesnt get out of wack again which is hard cuz im craving carbs!  Haha
