Sex while pregnant. Pull out or no?

Is your SO finishing inside you? Just curious. Since I got pregnant, every time my husband cums in me I get bv. We are both clean. I just feel like my body can't take the mixture of fluids ever since I got pregnant. Never had this problem before😩 Anyone else?
