Hi all, I just had my routine check up and when I got on that scale I was in complete shock, more like disappointed in myself for letting this happen. According to the scale, I gained 10 pounds in the last 5 weeks. I was super happy for the first 19 weeks because I had only gained 11 pounds. I'm so concern now about this weight gain, it's very hard for me to see such high numbers on the scale. I'm just wondering what kind of weight you guys have gained and what your doctors are considering "normal."
