Exercising - Bootcamp working out
Hi guys. I am 4w4d and I am thankful for this gift that has been given to me and my husband. That being said we both workout every day, but right now I am scared about what I can and can't do at bootcamp. I have been going to bootcamp for 3 years almost every day. I am a little nervous about what exercises I can and can't do at Bootcamp. This is not your typical army drill Sargent type stuff this is a family bootcamp gym. We do things like, box jumps, back squats, dead lifts, sit ups, suicides, broad jumps, wall balls, mountain climbers, rowing, stationary air dyne bikes and spin bikes. I am a runner as well and want to continue to do that. As well as a bike rider. I am a little too nervous right now to do a few of those things. That being said, anyone know any limitations that I would have and I shouldn't do? I know once I start to get big and have a belly that bike riding may be out of the question due to balance. I wanted to continue to do ab work, is that allowed? I know that staying healthy and working out is good for your pregnancy. Anyone else nervous or can give me advice? Thank you so much in advance.
