Tmi...amniotic fliud or just pee

Ok i have 2 pregnancies before this and both times the dr broke my water. I woke up last night with my undies a lil wet..but when i went to the bathroom there was no blood or discharge..im almost 23 weeks..no cramps just alot of pelvic pressure. But how can i tell the difference between the 2??
