What's wrong with my period??

I got my period 3 days ago, but is so weird because I've only been spotting like really dark blood and just one spoting per day??

I have a feeling that I might have been pregnant and lost it because this has never happen to me before....

Has this happen to any of you???

I think that could just be old blood and you may be preggers

I had really dark brown spotting and went to my doctor she said it was normal she even smelled it.....but idk....make me uncomfortable when she smelled it and she said she'll  look at it under the microscope
