Are you spending your mother's day with your children?

I'm asking because I've seen a lot of women choosing to celebrate by doing something special with their child(ren), and then I've seen a lot of women choosing to celebrate by spending the day to themselves without their child(ren).

Personally, I will always do something with my children because they are the reason I'm a mother. Without them I'm just a woman. So I make it a point to also celebrate them.

Though I do want to celebrate myself, I don't think it's necessary to be without them to do so.

Even if I don't spend ALL day with them, I still make it a point to do something fun and spend a lot of quality time together before doing my own thing without them.

Not judging anyone's personal choices or opinions, just want to know, how do you spend mother's day? (:
