Blepharitis/dry eyes :(
Hiya! Ive always suffered with having a lot of sleep (usually gunky & all through the day not just mornings) in my eyes & it's always been a bit of an issue for me but never really did any thing about it as my sister and dad also have it. When I first got pregnant it got really bad and started effecting the inside of my top eyelids which was really uncomfortable! My doctor told me it was blepharitis & to use a warm compress every day to clean my eyes. Which ive been doing ever since. But for this past week, when walking up, my eyes wont open! I have to either really force them or open them myself with my hands. They're not sticking with sleep or anything, they're just really really dry and are hard to open. Sometimes if ive really struggled to open them I'll have the most painful headache for about 10 minutes afterwards too. It scares me as I can't open my eyes when I wake up. I know dry eyes during pregnancy is normal but I don't know if mixed with blepharitis if this is normal? What did/do you do? - if anyone has experienced this, in pregnancy or not, could you please help! :) thank you so much x
