Can you be good friends with someone who has a completely different religion than you?

Well my partner and I are Christian's. We both work as part of the senior leadership team and apply the principals we've learned into our lives. My partners friend however is an anti-christ. A big one. For some odd reason their friendship actually works. My partners friend doesn't speak badly about our beliefs though we constantly nag at him to come back to church and my partner goes out of his way to attempt claiming back his friend out of the hands of Satan, his friend knows this and doesn't seem offended. They often talk about their beliefs without it turning into an argument. I think their relationship works because there's respect between both men

I have a friend that I really tried to find common ground with but she constantly uses God to explain everything. I get that she relies on it for comfort but she may as well have been talking about Santa Claus and I just couldn't handle it. I tried for the better part of a year. I still care about her but I honestly can't spend more than an hour with her without feeling my reasoning skills suffer.

My best friend and I met when we were in 2nd grade (17 years ago). When high school and college came, I went the religious route, and she went the opposite (drugs, clubs, Ouija boards, sex...she's atheist). 
We are still best friends, but I honestly think that is because we are loyal to one another and also because we live in different towns now. True Christians should have their entire life focused on our Lord, and when someone doesn't believe in the very thing you live for... I don't think It's possible. 
A little over a year ago, I got convicted for clubbing. I told me bff that I was quitting cold Turkey and she first got mad and said things like "you shouldn't let your beliefs control your life" and "if God truly loved you, be would want you to have fun". I could go around and around with how that conversation went, but best friends should be able to support eachother, talk about everything, understand what the other is going through... I think you can have fun with all sorts of people, but you can't blossom in a relationship that's teeter-tottering on the worldly side

I have friends of all different religions, I accept everyone and they all accept me for not being religious.

I would! It's not my job to judge others that are a different religion than I am everyone has the right to believe what they want! as long they aren't telling me what I believe is wrong or vice versa we would have a good friendship
