Should I take a test

Okay so I don't know if I'm overthinking this or something else is going on. I had what I thought was a period but it was only a day and a light not spotting. I also had what I thought could've been pregnancy symptoms or PMS symptoms. But I am still having to pee a lot more often than normal, weird dreams, insomnia and fatigue. Should I take a pregnancy test or am I just overthinking everything?
