He only has booby at night now. I've heard that breastfeeding while pregnant can cause miscarriage. I missed my period by two weeks but still going to wait till the end of the month to test. Worried that if I am pregnant I can miscarry.

Unless you have a predisposition for early miscarriage and prem labour you can breastfeed throughout pregnancy lots of women who get preg close together do it and even bf both once baby is born called tandem nursing

My son was 5 weeks old when I got pregnant again and the doctors advised me to bottle feed cause it could harm the unborn baby and even cause a miscarriage...

I don't know the answer to that question but I am a pediatric nurse and do remember the doctors consulting a pregnant mom about how breast feeding while pregnant takes away nutrients and calories from you and your unborn baby, and that you should stop while pregnant for the safety of the fetus.
