Okay so I'm 24 weeks with twins and at 21 weeks they put stitches in my cervix because I was dialated to one. I just got out of the hospital Monday. I'm on bed rest everything seems normal no bleeding. But they were afraid of my sac rupturing from the stitches. And now I am too. Can your water break without you dialating?! If I had started dialating then I would be bleeding from ripped stitches which I'm not. But there is clear watery-like discharge in my pad and even on toilet paper when I go check. It's a infant feeling like I'm having a very very light period and something wants to come out. Could this be my water? Do I need to call labor and delivery? I'm first time with this. How long after would the baby come? I'm scared out of my mind.. Please someone answer
