Web sites do not ruin anybody's relationships. It doesn't make choices for you. People ruin their own relationship. Yeah, it gives you easy access to other people and their lives, but it doesn't make you cheat or post dumb statuses or do anything. People just don't know how to take responsibility for their own actions nowadays. It's easier to just blame another person or a social media site and say that they/it ruined your happy relationship. We, as people, decide how much time to spend with our significant other. Nobody forces you to stay logged into Facebook, Twitter, tumblr, etc. To me, it all comes down to trust. Do you trust your partner? Do you trust that if he/she has people messaging them or flirting, that they won't reciprocate? Set your boundaries, even for social media. They shouldn't be flirting or messaging females/males, whichever they're attracted to at all hours of the night or doing whatever they want. But at the end of the day, a site did not cause them to cheat, flirt, talk to their ex, etc. They did that on their own.

The website doesnt make the decision. To message a girl or girl message your SO and he respond. That is all their actions..

The actual websites can't 'do' anything but we have to be mindful about what we post. That being said, there are things that can be misconstrued despite your innocent intentions, so I think if you're with someone who is prone to such things.... It maybe a gd idea to limit your social media interaction if not stay off of their website, if they're that important to you......
