I'm 27 years old always had irregular periods and very heavy painful when arrived

I'm 27 years old always had irregular periods and very heavy painful when arrived. Had an empty sac pregnacy August 2013, waited the 3 month and started trying again. Was having a hard time consiving and decided to see a specialist. They ended up doing a laporascopy February 23 2015 and found one endometriosis and had 2 fibroid near my tubes. they removed the endometriosis and one of the fibroids the other one was to close to the tube. They told me it was goung to be hard for me to get pregnant on my own and recomended infertility which is costly. we decided to try on our own. Got my period March 28 2015 after my surgery And May 18 did a pregnacy test and came back POSITIVE!!!! Very exited!!! . I came to a point to giving up its very hard. Stay positive try everything before throwing tge towel!!! GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE! !
