I'm in my third round of fertility meds (clomid 50 & 100 mg). With my second round of clomid I could feel twinges on my right side and produced a small follicle on that side. I'm now on Femara and have no side effects (other than dizziness). Am I crazy to think it's not working because I can't feel anything? Does anyone have any Femara success stories? I'm starting follistim injections on Friday and going in for follicle scan Tuesday. I'm excited but trying to keep my expectations in check so I'm not crushed if I receive more bad news. I appreciate any and all feedback.
