Chnaging ob at 29 weeks?

I love my current doctor but I am moving to the next state over. My doctor has an office that I could go to in my new state but I do not like it. It's not as clean and the staff isn't as friendly as his other office. I've really been thinking about going to a midwife instead. I want to deliver naturally and I know a midwife kind of specializes in that. But I am 29 weeks and by the time I actually switch I will be about 31 weeks. Is it to late to switch?
