I think I may have an Etopic pregnancy or blighted ovum. I had dark brown watery discharge today. I had a transvaginal ultrasound yesterday that hurt. It said I measured 6 wks. Only the sac was seen. I did ovulate late and my LMP was 4/6. I read that dark brown watery discharge is a sign of Etopic pregnancy. If I go to the ER, they may send me home because I am not bleeding red.
