Normally I can tell cos of cm alone. The last time I must've ovulated and not known as I only had a teeny bit of discharge and tat was days before glow said I would ovulate. I'm 10weeks pregnant now!

I have had pain when I ovulate since I was a teen, possibly since I started menstruating. Oddly enough, I didn't realize the pain was connected to ovulation until my mid 20's, and then after 30 I realized it WAS ovulation. It started out relatively mild, though about 12+ hours. After my second child was born, the pain had grown significantly worse and lingering up to 36 hours. I've been to the ER, and had laparoscopy to check for endometriosis. No endo was found, though I still wonder. No diagnosis. 
Ibuprofen helps some. Doterra's Clary Calm blend has helped a lot at times, and my husband likes that it has made me less cranky during pms!

I can feel when I ovulate, i know my symptoms well. But i experience mild discomfort when I ovulate from my left, I experience moderate to severe from my right. So every other month two-3 days in ovulation time is worse than my period. It's normal and im healthy. It just sucks.
