Gym routines?
Hey ladies now am just starting my 2nd trimester I want to know if anyone has any good routines I could use? I don't want to look like a horrible mess after birth like loose skin baby bump want to kee active and fit throughout now age started eating healthy like chicken and rice for dinner and stuff and egg for breaky?
Any tips welcome as I'm
