Took plan b within 10 hours? Did it work?

I took plan b within 1 hour of the incident. I got my period a week after I took the pill. Not sure if I am pregnant. I am very worried. For those of you that took plan b less than 10 hours, did it work? 
Please help!!!

Yes, because Plan B restarts your cycle in order to flush out the possibility of a fertilized egg. I had my period, and a week after it ended the "incident" happened. I took Plan B maybe 20 minutes after, and got my period another week later :)
