Lip fillers??

Just wondering how people feel about them, I know they are temporary so it wouldn't completely solve my thin lips problem but I've been considering it as an option for achieving the look of fuller lips. It might sound a little self absorbed but I don't think it is a big deal to change your appearance if it's something that will make you more confident. Thoughts or suggestions?
