Back and hip pain?

4 weeks & 4 days and my back and hips hurt and its making it almost impossible to get comfy?

I'm 12 weeks and the back pain only seemed to get worse XD. I'll be needing a walker soon at this rate. It mellowed out a bit but I'm just wondering how long that will last.
