Could I be pregnant?

I've been having some odd symptoms lately. Lots of nausea but without vomiting , dizziness (I fainted once) , uneasy feeling in my tummy, insomnia, heavy clear discharge, tender breast. My period isn't due for another week and my SO and I have only had sex a few times this month but something just feels different with my body. Should I take a test or just wait for my period... ?
