Anyone else on bed rest for incompetent cervix?

I knew it was coming but didn't think it would be this early. I've been on pelvic rest the whole pregnancy and now I'm on full bed rest because my cervix is only 2.25 cm. when it should be 4. I have an almost 4 year old little girl already. I was on bed rest with her also but this time is different because I have her. She has needs that need to met and I'm finding it hard to not feel like a terrible person because I can't even pick her up. I know it's best for the baby I'm carrying but I'm only 19 weeks and will be on bed rest until 32 weeks or more. Any one going through this or have before?
