Anyone still nursing?

My second is 16 months old and still nurses throughout the day, especially for bedtimes. I don't see him giving it up completely anytime soon. I'm 6wks+4 with number 3 and wondering if anyone else has had a breastfeeding newborn with a toddler who still wants to nurse. How did you handle it? Did you tandem nurse? Cut them off? Not really sure how this transition is going to go.
