Possible?

After looking on this app and many others, it saying my period is 2\3 days late, I'm never normally late if anything a few days erly, and normally a week before coming on my breasts get sore and a lot of cramping, were as this time I keep getting slight cramping and it's sort of creamy when I wipe down below (sorry) was wondering if anyone else was like this when finding out they were pregnant or if it's too early to test? Thank you!
