At home water birth .....

Hey everyone! I'm fairly new here so I'm sure this topic has been posted before.... But has anyone had an at home water birth?? My husband and I have a 4 year old and are due with baby #2 around thanksgiving. We will be moving across the country in 4 days and will not know a single person there. We are discussing an at home water birth (I would buy a little kiddie pool) and hire a midwife.... I know the concerns and possible dangers. I also had a great first birth in a hospital. I am definitely not anti hospital but I'm thinking about our 4 year old and how this might be better for her as well. Not sure how well she would do in a hospital setting.
