Testosterone and sperm count issues- is there anyone here who's husband has this problem ?

We've been trying to conceive without success. Got to know he's got problems. Having a tough time trying to digest it within me while I'm trying to show my full support to my husband that all's ok. I'm worried that we may not conceive or that the testosterone treatment may cost him an earlier life span. I'm so afraid but i can't show.

Try to have him do a TESE. You don't need much sperm for that. They basically take a small biopsy of the testicle and with it comes sperm which they can use in IVF. If he has issues, chances are you might need IVF anyway. Just talking from experience.
