Confusing....please help

I don't get it. I'm on my cycle (AF) since May 23, 2015. It's been 6 days now. I bleed on the 23rd light (Saturday), Sunday, Monday, Tuesday heavy, Wednesday and today (Thursday) its medium. I don't know my cycle length right now. I'm not sure if I'm shorter/longer then 28. Can someone please help me. Please.

Also I track my bbt this morning before I get out of bed. My temp said 97.34. What that mean???
