So due to some latch issues my left nipple is cracked and bleeding. I'm trying to let it heal so I'm only offering my right breast. The issue is that I'm obviously starting to get engorged on the left side and I'm worried that my supply in that side is going to start to dwindle. I haven't purchased a pump yet so that's not an option, should I just use my hand? Any suggestions would be great.
