My baby has dropped but my doctor told me she still have space to move..

Does that means she can change position and still move head up again?

Your baby is obviously head down but the head has to fully engage. At this point babies head is probably at the brim of your pelvis and still has a little further to move down. It's irrelevant tho as some babies can be fully engaged and all of a sudden just move out of the pelvis. It's all good tho :) at least baby is going the right direction.
