So the hubby and I have been trying for a year with no luck. Not even a late period. I'm about to turn 31. Had bloodwork done and I'm pretty sure it doesn't look good. I've got an appointment with a reproductive endocrinologist to go over the results and talk options.

But I'm looking for unvarnished opinions here. Cycle day 4 levels: AMH .73, FSH 11.1, E2 34.3. i know there's always a chance but it's pretty unlikely we'll conceive naturally, right?
