Can I quick start this medication? or do I need to wait? Today is the 5th day after my period and I was hoping to start today. Right before my period I get super depressed and I was hoping to start the medication as soon as possible. My boyfriend (long distance) is coming to visit (for a week) around when it's supposed to start next month (he bought the ticket when it was supposed to start later but it came early this month.) I'm not concerned about pregnancy because we use condoms all the time anyway. I just don't want to feel miserable the whole time he is visiting.
